    These terms apply to your use of this website and to consulting engagements and digital products from AJO Solve Guide, an independent consultancy. By submitting a request or making a purchase you agree to them.

    Independence

    AJO Solve Guide is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Adobe Inc. Adobe, Adobe Journey Optimizer and related names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the platforms I work with.

    How engagements work

    • Submitting a request is not a purchase. I review it and tell you whether I can help.
    • If approved, you receive a payment link by email. Work is scheduled once payment is received.
    • Each engagement has a fixed scope as described on its page (for example the AJO Health Audit). Work outside that scope needs a separate agreement.
    • Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated, and may exclude applicable taxes.

    Your responsibilities

    • Provide accurate information and the access needed, ideally read-only and least-privilege.
    • Don't share sensitive customer data. Redact screenshots and links.
    • You remain responsible for decisions and changes made in your own systems, including compliance with CASL, privacy law and Adobe's terms.

    Confidentiality

    I treat what you share as confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement. I can sign an NDA for audit and team engagements.

    Deliverables and ownership

    You own the reports and deliverables prepared for you. I keep my general methods, templates and know-how. Digital products from the Vault are licensed for your own or your organization's internal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

    No guarantee of outcomes

    I apply professional skill and care, but results depend on your systems and decisions, and I can't guarantee specific business outcomes. My advice is not legal advice. Please consult counsel about CASL, Law 25 and other legal obligations.

    Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to an engagement or product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. [Owner/legal to confirm.]

    Governing law
