1. Submit the intake
A concise brief on your setup, the tools involved and what is hurting. This is an engineering intake, not a sales call.
2. Fit check (24 hours)
I review your brief. If I can deliver value, I approve it. If not, I'll say so and point you to a better resource, and you won't be charged.
3. Approve and pay
Once approved, I email you a secure Stripe payment link. After payment I send scheduling instructions and the read-only access I need.
4. Delivery and readout
The audit lands in one week with a leadership summary, findings register, roadmap and a 60-minute readout call with your team.
