Privacy Policy
Last updated October 10, 2026
AJO Solve Guide is an independent Adobe Journey Optimizer consultancy based in Canada. It is not affiliated with Adobe Inc. This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, why, who handles it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with Canada's PIPEDA, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and Quebec's Law 25.
What I collect
- Session request (intake) form: name, email, company details, the service you're asking about, a description of your issue and setup, the tools involved, urgency, links you choose to share, and your consent.
- Free resources and the free call: first name, last name, email, which resource or page you came from, and your consent to be emailed.
- Vault waitlist and purchases: your email and, for purchases, the order details (product, amount, payment status). Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach me or my servers.
- Booking details: if you book a call, Cal.com collects the information you enter on their form.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting. I do not run advertising trackers.
Please don't submit sensitive customer data in the intake form. Redact screenshots and links.
Why I use it
- To review your request, respond, and deliver the service you asked for.
- To take payment and keep order records.
- To send the resource you requested and, only where you consented, occasional AJO/AEP resources and follow-up about the audit.
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Consent and email (CASL)
I only send marketing email with your express consent, which you give by ticking an unchecked box. Each message identifies me and includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time. Transactional messages about a request or order you made (confirmations, payment links, deliverables) are not marketing.
Who processes your information
I use these service providers to run the site. They process data on my behalf and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States:
- Stripe: payments.
- Resend: sending email.
- Neon: database hosting (intake requests, leads, Vault orders).
- Render: application hosting.
- Cal.com: call scheduling.
I do not sell your personal information.
Where it's stored and how long
Intake requests, leads and Vault orders are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. I keep intake and order records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet tax and legal obligations, and lead records until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. [Owner to confirm exact retention periods.]
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask questions about how it is handled. Under Quebec Law 25 you can also ask about how your information is used and request that it be deleted or de-indexed where applicable. To make a request, use the contact form and mention "privacy request". [Owner to add a dedicated privacy contact email and business address.] You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you're in Quebec.
Security and incidents
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to the admin tools is password-protected. If a security incident presents a risk of serious harm to you, I will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.
Changes
I'll update this page and its date when practices change.
