Question 1

Are you affiliated with Adobe?

Accepted Answer

No. AJO Solve Guide is independent, with no Adobe affiliation and no vendor incentives.

Question 2

What does the AJO Health Audit cover?

Accepted Answer

A foundation check (schemas, identity, entry prerequisites), a use-case and journey review, and a review of delivery, consent and measurement against CASL and Quebec Law 25 expectations. If you're planning AI assistants, there's an optional readiness section. You also get a one-page summary for leadership, and your live blockers are root-caused as part of it.

Question 3

We're new to AJO. Is the audit too early?

Accepted Answer

No. Early is when schema, identity and consent problems are cheapest to fix.

Question 4

We have AJO but aren't getting results. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The audit includes a use-case review, and the Use-Case & Journey Build Sprint can stand up the priority use cases with you.

Question 5

Is there a free call?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One free 30-minute intro call per email address, booked after you enter your email. It's for working out whether the audit fits.

Question 6

Can you review AI agents, or run evals on them?

Accepted Answer

Not as a standalone service, and I don't sell or build agents. What I do is the groundwork that decides whether any AI agent or assistant behaves: data hygiene, consent, suppression and journey discipline. If you're piloting an AI agent on top of AJO, the optional readiness read covers guardrails and how you'd evaluate its output against your own rules (the same discipline as running evals on anything else: write down what 'correct' looks like, then check against it). If you don't have an agent on the roadmap, none of this applies to you.

Question 7

What if you can't solve my issue?

Accepted Answer

If I don't think I can help after reviewing your brief, I won't take the engagement and you won't be charged. If you've paid and I can't deliver as described, you get a full refund. See the refund policy.

Question 8

Do you need access to my AJO instance?

Accepted Answer

Usually read-only access, granted least-privilege, or a screen-share for some items. I confirm exactly what's needed after you're approved.

Question 9

Can you sign an NDA?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for audit and team engagements.

Question 10

Do you work with banks or financial institutions?

Accepted Answer

No. My focus is regulated mid-market and enterprise teams outside banking and financial institutions.

Question 11

Do you offer retainers or ongoing support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fractional AJO Ops is ten hours a week, billed monthly, and scoped on a call. Most teams start with the audit.

Question 12

Where are you based?

Accepted Answer

Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
